Diane Roskilly Executive Coach, Mentor
Di is a fully qualified Executive Coach and Mentor with an extensive background in leading and developing others.
She worked for Sussex Police for 34 years, concluding her policing career as a Temporary Assistant Chief Constable, responsible for People Services across Surrey and Sussex Police. Prior to this she was the Divisional Commander responsible for the policing of East Sussex.
Now using her skills and experience as a leader to work with people from a whole range of backgrounds. Di specialises in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Interview Preparation, Career, Personal and Wellbeing Coaching.
Di was the Chair of the Gender Equality Network in Sussex Police and led on the organisation of the Senior Women in Policing Conference 2017. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience of gender equality and working with the organisation to overcome potential barriers to progression.
Di has received the following in recognition of her work
- Winner of “Lifetime Achievement” category - Sussex Business Women awards in 2016
- Winner of “Women in Uniform” - East Sussex Women in Business Awards in 2016
- Winner of the “Diversity” category - Police Superintendents Association national awards in 2015
- Winner of the “Emergency Services Award” - Sovereign Radio Annual Awards in 2015
