Senior Consultant, professor and researcher with experience in resilience and risk reduction, business continuity, operational meteorology, climate change, and communication. Meteorologist (Universidad de Buenos Aires), Bs. Sc. in Environmental Sciences (Universidad Tecnológica Nacional) and PhD-c in Geography (Universidad del Salvador). He has specializations, diplomas, and postgraduate courses in Argentina, Chile, Spain, United States, Italy, Panama, and Uruguay on climate change, disaster risk management, urban and business resilience, sustainable development, smart cities and science journalism.

Director of Hydrometeorology at the Municipality of La Plata (2013-2023) and Director of the Early Warning System for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires (2018- 2023).

Designated "Campaign Advocate for Making Cities Resilient" by the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). in 2015, and Trainer of Trainers certified by UNDRR for the making of Risk Reduction Plans.
