Zoltán Székely Security & Law Enforcement Specialist
Zoltán is Co-founder and Co-owner of Székely Family and Co, a company supporting innovation, individual inventors and innovative start-ups, mainly in the fields of space, security and sustainability.
Has 20 of years policing and management experience, both operationally, serving 13 and half year in the border policing department and another 6 and half in the provision of training commissioned law-enforcement officers at National University of Public Service, Faculty of Law Enforcement.
Starting his professional law enforcement career as a border guard sergeant and retiring as a police major, gained thorough expertise on law enforcement end-user activities. Also qualified as a lawyer, having undertaken the Bar Exam and expert of data protection issues in security.
Zoltán has participated in numerous joint operations, exercises and later international support, development or research and innovation projects around the globe. After leaving the corps he joined the European Space Agency Business Incubator project of the Wigner RCP in Hungary and gained experience in business incubation and technology transfer. After the reform of the Hungarian academic sector, he left to form his own company. He speaks English, German, and Romanian as well as his mother tongue, Hungarian
